Rad Tales Comic Book Workshop: Issue 3 Unleash your creativity and dive into the exciting world of comic book creation with Rad Tales Comic Book Workshop: Issue 3! This dynamic three-part workshop is designed for kids aged 8-14 who love storytelling, drawing, and bringing their ideas to life. Each session is packed with engaging activities and expert guidance to help young creators craft their very own comic book stories. Workshop Highlights: Session 1: Crafting Your Story Learn the fundamentals of storytelling! From brainstorming unique characters to plotting thrilling adventures, this session focuses on building the foundation of a great comic book. Kids will create character profiles, storyboards, and a script outline for their comic. Session 2: Drawing and Design Bring your story to life through art! In this session, kids will learn basic drawing techniques, explore panel layouts, and discover how to use visuals to enhance storytelling. Our instructor, Chris, will guide participants in sketching their first pages and designing eye-catching covers. Session 3: Finishing Touches and Sharing It’s time to complete the masterpiece! Kids will ink and color their comics, add speech bubbles, and refine their layouts. The workshop wraps up with a showcase where participants can present their work to family and friends and receive a digital copy of their finished comic. Why Join Rad Tales? Details: Limited Space: Small Group setting Ages: 8-14 Schedule: Sundays, 12 PM - 2 PM Member Kit: for new members Cost: $145 per month or $50 per session (please contact us for single class payments) Duration: It takes 3 months to complete the comic book, so the workshop is divided into 3 parts (months). *Thank you for your interest in our workshops at Machete Comics! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our registration policy below. 1. Eligibility Our workshops are designed for children ages 8-15. Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under 18. 2. Registration Process To register for a workshop, please complete the online registration form available on our website. Spaces are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot. 3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot in the workshop. Cancellation Policy Full Refunds: If Machete Comics cancels the entire workshop, you will receive a full refund. If a workshop is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, an alternate date will be set. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund. 5. Transfer Policy If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior notice to us at least 48 hours before the workshop. 6.
